Meet the band…

Sonny Garg

For 25 years, Sonny has challenged the status quo to create new enterprises, transform mature organizations and foster social change. Part culture vulture, part Chicago superfan, and big time strategist, Sonny’s values-based problem-solving approach combines curiosity, creativity, and analysis with giant bear hugs and aged whiskey.

Karen Salmon

Since 1996, Karen has worked in the public and private sectors to build community through thoughtful investments in people and places. A singer-songwriter and lead vocalist, Karen creates stages and spaces that love and lift all voices. Her curiosity makes space for the unexpected. Love and lift is what you can expect from this lead vocalist.

Vin Reed

Vin has been translating the stories of organizations into powerful brands and marketing campaigns for two decades. While Vin never takes center stage, he is happy in the director’s chair, behind a camera or with a sketch pad. Vin’s secret sauce is in finding the soul in the story and making sure the room is packed.

Christopher Elam

Christopher works the board like a New World explorer, searching for the story in the sound. He is also a musician: listen to his debut full-length album, “Notes from the Borderline,” on a Sunday, when you can sit in an armchair and sink into bracing, full-band arrangements. Whether engineering, shredding, scoring or producing, Christopher gets us to higher ground.

Giau Truong

Giau acts, directs, and stage-manages multi-disciplinary performance in some of Chicago’s most avant-garde rooms. Lucky for us, he has a knack for using technology to enhance artistic expression. In short, he has the skills and the dedication to do what it takes to present artists and their work the way it was meant to be shared.

Irene Hsiao

Irene is an established visual and movement artist in Chicago. She dances with and without a camera. Irene steps in with a third eye and sixth sense for finding emotion and expression in the most unlikely places.
